We are home!

You did it!  You prayed us home! I cannot post the details right now, but I promise as things calm down here I will.  Until then, please enjoy a post from a blogger friend and her family who took the time to drive an hour out and visit us at the hospital.  It was such a bright spot for us and I felt as if I had known her forever.  Truly her comments, as well as many of yours, have helped me through some really rough times.  I really appreciate everything all of you have done, I have so much to tell you, I promise soon I will!

  2. Thank you, God.

I'm so happy to hear this news.

When I looked at Marijanna's blog, I really noticed how Dominic's head has healed. Of course, we'll want to know how his recovery and reunion is going since we're invested in him and you now.

    Welcome back to the Midwest.

  5. This is great news!
What great pictures on her blog. You are a beautiful woman! You have such delight when you look at Dominic. He is seriously the cutest thing!
We will continue to pray for his healing and recovery and for every need of your family during this next phase. As a mother of three under three I regularly pray for you to be able to get some sleep. I cannot fathom how exhausted and under slept you must be. I think of it sometimes when I am up during the night and wonder how you have managed it all..... God Bless you.

  14. Dominic is a beautiful son. I read the CNN article about him earlier today. This makes me curious how much he has changed before and after his surgery. He is beautiful inside and outside. He has a great smiling face! Diane
